Steve Briard

With a background in kitchen and bathroom design using CAD has given Steve excellent grounding to design complex systems such as Air Source Heat Pumps, Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems and Solar Thermal. His technical knowledge is second to none and his proactive and forward-thinking character makes him an ideal team leader in the plumbing and heating part of the business.
Jo
Operations Manager
Jo is the backbone of the day to day running of the business. From finance and accounts, orders and customer liaison, the workflow is managed in a consistent manner with clients’ expectations being met throughout their contact with Briard and Hutchings. In addition, Jo manages the administration team and heads up a total of 13 team members which includes the engineering team.
