The whole house renovation plus extension included, plumbing and heating and electrics. Due to its location in the Dartmoor National Park, the property was situated in a Bat Conservation Area and consideration to loft access and disruptive works had to be adhered to at all times.
St Josephs required a full rip out of existing outdated electrics, plumbing and heating. A new heating system was designed by Steve to include a new boiler, underfloor heating and radiators. Brand new wiring was installed to service the clients lighting spec. There has also been a full electrical, plumbing and heating installation to the existing part of the building as well as the new large extension.
